Cancellations

• Once you order a Love Letter, we've got your name on it: Once an order is confirmed and paid for, we cannot cancel it.
• Made just for you: Because of the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our brand, all custom design elements, specific sizing, and made-to-order items are ineligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once processed.

Unique & Handmade

• One-of-a-kind, just like you: Out pieces and their elements are all lovingly handcrafted, which means they might vary ever so slightly from piece to piece. We think that’s what makes them special! Rest assured, every single item goes through strict quality control before it leaves our hands to head to yours.

If Something Goes Wrong

While we do our absolute best, we know the journey to you can sometimes be bumpy.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the super unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged in transit or you receive the incorrect product, please don't worry! Drop us a WhatsApp message on +918130304582 or email at hello@studioloveletter.com with photos of the product within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the best possible solution within 1-2 working days.
• The Switch: Once we receive the damaged or incorrect piece back at our studio, we will happily dispatch a fresh, correct product out to you.
• A Quick Note on Transit: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, and we aren't liable for any returns that weren't notified to us first.
