Shipping policy

Shipping is free for all domestic [India] orders.

Items marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. 

We cannot be held liable in the event of an error made by a customer when sharing his/her identity, contact details, delivery information or any other information that doesn’t allow the delivery of the purchased goods.

In the event that the delivery information provided by the customer such as delivery address, contact details etc. needs to be revised or if the customer chooses to change such details a surcharge will be applicable as per the terms and conditions of our courier partner. The applicable surcharges as indicated by our courier partners will be shared with the customer and will have to be borne by the customer.

The shipping rates given by us either on this website or outside this website do not take into account Remote Locations. In the event that a zipcode/pincode provided by customer falls in the Remote Location Category as per our shipping partner DHL, a remote location surcharge may or may not be applicable. The extra charges, if any, will be communicated to the customer and will have to be borne by the customer in addition to the payment already made by them. The order will only be processed and thereafter dispatched if these charges have been paid in full by the customer

In case of return or exchange, any costs associated with shipping will be borne by the buyer.
